Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and slryxkhod ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Service Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our tailoring and repair services. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

The final result of any tailoring or repair service may vary based on the condition, fabric, and structure of the garment. We will always discuss potential limitations or challenges with you before proceeding with any work.

Appointments and Consultations

Scheduling an appointment through our website or by phone constitutes a request for service, not a confirmed booking until you receive confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline appointments if we believe we cannot meet your requirements or if the requested service falls outside our area of expertise.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

The prices shown for services are starting prices only. The final price will be determined after an in-person assessment of your garment and requirements.

For bespoke services and major alterations, we require a deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

We accept payment by major credit cards, bank transfer, and cash.

Delivery and Completion Times

Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only and may vary based on workload, complexity, and material availability.

We will notify you if there are any significant delays to your expected completion date.

Garments that remain uncollected for more than 60 days after the completion date may be subject to storage fees or, in some cases, may be donated or disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact you.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The Site does not offer users the opportunity to post and exchange testimonials, comments, feedback, and other materials (collectively, "Contributions"). If this feature is added in the future, additional terms will apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
