At slryxkhod, we take pride in our craftsmanship and strive to deliver exceptional tailoring services that meet or exceed your expectations. We believe in transparency regarding our services and have established this Return Policy to ensure clarity about our commitments and your options.

Due to the custom nature of our services, this policy differs from typical retail return policies. Please read it carefully before engaging our services.

Alterations and Repairs

Consultation and Fitting: All alteration services begin with a consultation and fitting to ensure we understand your requirements. This is your opportunity to discuss your expectations and any concerns with our tailors.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the alterations or repairs we've performed, please bring the garment back within 7 days of collection, unworn and in the same condition as when you collected it. We will assess the work and make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge.

Customer-Directed Alterations: If you've specifically directed certain alterations against our professional recommendations and are dissatisfied with the results, additional charges may apply for further modifications.

Bespoke Garments

Design Approval: All bespoke projects require your approval of designs, fabric choices, and other specifications before we begin production. These approvals constitute your acceptance of the design direction.

Fittings: Multiple fittings are scheduled during the creation process to ensure the garment meets your expectations. It is essential that you attend all scheduled fittings and provide feedback at each stage.

Final Adjustments: After the final fitting and before collection, we will make necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit. Once you've collected the finished garment, you have 14 days to return for minor adjustments at no additional cost.

No Refunds on Completed Bespoke Items: Due to the highly personalized nature of bespoke garments, we cannot offer refunds on completed custom items. However, we will work diligently to address any concerns through adjustments.

Deposits and Payments

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits for bespoke services and major alterations are non-refundable as they secure materials and production time specifically for your project.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel a bespoke order before fabric cutting, you may receive a partial refund of your deposit, less costs incurred for design work and materials already purchased.
  • No refunds are available after fabric has been cut or production has begun.
  • Standard alteration appointments can be cancelled with 24 hours' notice without penalty.

Material and Fabric Sales

For any fabric or materials purchased from our studio:

  • Unopened, uncut fabric may be returned within 7 days with original receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  • Cut fabric, remnants, and special order materials are non-returnable.
  • Defective materials will be replaced or refunded upon inspection.

Unclaimed Garments

Completed garments should be collected within 30 days of notification. Items not collected within 60 days may incur storage fees. After 90 days, unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have concerns about your order or service that fall outside this policy, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

We evaluate each case individually and strive to find a fair resolution that maintains our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Quality Issues

If you believe there is a quality issue with our workmanship:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the completed garment.
  2. Bring the garment to our studio for assessment.
  3. Our master tailor will evaluate the concern and determine the appropriate solution.
  4. If we confirm a quality issue with our workmanship, we will remedy it at no additional cost.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our return procedures.
